Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin team.

We have 9 offices across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Our Dublin offering focuses on Finance, Technology, and Project/Change Management.

With an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions to a range of domestic and international clients, we focus on the mid to senior end of the market, working exclusively on the majority of mandates with our clients in Ireland, across Europe, and the States.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the duties you can expect to fulfill in your role:

  • Generate new business through various techniques
  • Handle speculative calls, aftercare, and service calls
  • Conduct regular client visits—new and existing—to identify and follow up on business leads
  • Identify and follow business leads and opportunities
  • Serve clients, identify their needs, and provide feedback on filling jobs
  • Qualify job specifications and salary information; record accurate and comprehensive job details—check info and client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
  • Gather information on clients, decision makers, and employee numbers
  • Network internally and externally with clients
  • Benchmark for clients—salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
  • Write and place job advertisements
  • Promote value-added information to clients
  • Conduct extensive market research on potential future clients
