Salary £30/35k depending on experience

Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Finance Property Management Manager to join property management team in South Woodford.

Responsibilities

• Chase Current Rent Arears - Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
• Chase Historic Rent Arrears - Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
• Banking - Putting Rents on the system daily
• Bank Reconciliation
• Rent Payments
• Rent Guarantee Payment - twice a month only - batch payment.Any ad-hoc duties given

Candidate requirements

• Previous Property/Accounts Management experience
• Credit control and accounts background
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to priotise workload
• Work well within a team environment
