MHR is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery end-to-end, from identifying customer problems to shaping a clear proposition and roadmap. You will run interviews, test assumptions, and translate insights into focused problem statements that drive action.

You will hand over to a Product Owner for delivery and align with a lean Finance product function led by the Product Director. You bring experience from B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software, and you communicate clearly through concise

• Track record of shipping product that moved commercial or customer outcomes.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with discovery frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done or Opportunity Solution Tree.
