Infleqtion in Oxford is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support financial infrastructure for a fast-moving quantum technology organization. You will assist financial reporting, operational accounting, and systems improvements to keep processes precise and scalable.

The role focuses on pricing analysis for government bids and new contracts, monthly/quarterly statements, budgeting cycles, and management reporting. Strong Excel, GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience are important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP/financial systems preferred.
• Understanding GAAP and basic financial reporting principles.
• Interest in quantum technology and tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, operational accounting, and systems improvements.
• Lead pricing analysis on government bids and new contracts.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Support annual budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts.
• Reconcile GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Process AP/AR and manage vendor invoicing and POs.
• Assist with grant accounting for government programs.
• Prepare data for audits and regulatory reporting.
