Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Finance Partnering Analyst to join the Finance Business Partnering team in Southampton, with hybrid working up to two days from home. You will lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis for a business function, delivering timely, reliable financial insight to support decision making.

You will coordinate inputs from multiple functions, review results, explain variances, and identify opportunities for improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in management reporting, planning, or analytics.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple functions.
• Excellent analysis, communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and business knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting process and analyze month-end performance.
• Assist planning, operating plans, capital planning, and supplier contracts processes.
• Ensure integrity between Finance reports and operational/performance reports (Power BI & P&L).
• Recommend improvements to financial reporting systems to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
