Job summary

Churchill Services in Luton is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance across our regional operations. You will partner with operational leaders, provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and support sustainable growth through robust budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.
• Experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within facilities/security management or service industries.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to the Regional Managing Director, providing financial insights and strategic decision support.
• Support Operational teams to ensure new contracts or projects are financially sustainable and commercially viable.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for your region, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess contract profitability, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Provide commercial analysis on new business opportunities, contract renewals, and pricing strategies.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive financial performance.
• Assist with month-end reporting and delivering high-quality financial reports.
• Enhance financial reporting for senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and streamline financial processes.
