Job summary

Arden White is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Controller) in Brixworth for an initial 12-month contract. This role supports the Advanced Technology division in Automotive and Motorsport R&D, focusing on sustainable road cars. Responsibilities include analyzing project costs, producing financial models, and supporting UK Government Grant funding applications. Ideal candidates will have management accounting experience, strong financial analysis skills, and be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI is also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience post-qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Accounting.
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Advanced Technology division focusing on Automotive and Motorsport R&D projects.
• Report key financial information to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Ensure all project costs are controlled and reported.
• Develop complex data models and deliver forecasts.
