Job summary

Squire Patton Boggs is seeking an experienced law graduate or Paralegal to join the Leeds Finance team. You will investigate and resolve residual client balances, maintaining a centralised database and providing timely updates to partners.

You will collaborate with Partners, other fee earners and the Cashiering team to generate reports and ensure compliance with SRA accounts rules. Travel to UK offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Law graduate or Paralegal with Real Estate experience.
• Familiar with SRA Accounts Rules is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to UK offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve residual client account balances.
• Maintain a centralised database with up-to-date notes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports to Partners and the Director of Global Billing Operations.
• Work with the Cashiering team on payments and transfers.
• Advise on improvements to client money processes and SRA compliance.
