A leading charity organization is seeking a Finance Operations Officer Apprentice to assist with donation processing and Gift Aid claims. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a GCSE in English and Maths. This is a great chance to kick‑start your career in finance while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship. You'll gain hands‑on experience in a busy finance environment, learn from experienced professionals, and develop the skills and confidence to grow in your career. Working as part of the Finance Team, your role will involve working to the Anti Money Laundering Regulations to process donations and Gift Aid claims, working accurately and in line with timelines and compliance protocols.

A Level or equivalent in Maths or other finance‑related subject (Grade C).

Apprenticeship duration: Approximately 18 months, or sooner should the apprenticeship be finalised before the 18‑month duration.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. Start date: 5 January 2026.
