Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Financial Control team.
• Oversee the ledger close processes and reconciliations.
• Act as subject-matter expert for ledger feeds and controls.
• Own the financial control pack and provide management insights.
• Ensure robust controls are in place and manage operational risk.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
• Collaborate with reporting and accounting teams.
• Manage operational tax submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in business projects and strategic initiatives.
