This early-career role offers ownership and a path to broader finance functions as Spiko expands into new entities and markets, with AI-assisted automation to streamline workflows and maintain strong controls.
Money sitting idle is money lost. We're fixing that.
Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko gives businesses, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs access to institutional-grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves. Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month. Netherlands is one of our priority markets for the next phase of growth. Our ambition: become the world's leading treasury management infrastructure in a market worth trillions. We are backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise. Spiko runs on excellence, transparency, and straight talk.
We're looking for a Finance Operations Associate to become the engine of our day-to-day corporate finance operations. This is a role built for someone early in their career who wants real ownership fast: you'll run invoicing, payments, and the processes that keep a regulated financial group running smoothly and grow into broader finance responsibilities as Spiko scales into new entities, currencies, and markets. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with our external accountants, you'll be the person who makes sure invoices go out, suppliers get paid, records reconcile, and nothing slips through the cracks. You'll use AI and automation to make these processes faster and more reliable, not heavier. The path is open to evolve toward financial control, reporting, or FP&A within the firm.
