Job summary

Lilian Baylis Technology School is seeking a positive, proactive Finance Officer to join the Business Support Unit in London. You will deliver comprehensive financial and administrative support, manage purchase orders, monitor budgets and process invoices using the FMS system.

You will also oversee GDPR data handling contracts and contribute to the smooth daily running of the school office, including occasional site reception duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration and budgeting.
• Proficiency with computerised accounting software.
• Strong numerical and organisational skills.
