We are advertising for full time Band 3 posts.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for the processing of invoices for both Continuing Healthcare and Nurse Agency, raising income due to the Health Board and allocating payments received by the Health Board, as well as providing financial advice across the Health Board to support management processes.

The role provides financial support to the Team Leader with a range of duties to meet the requirements of stakeholders (Finance Business Partnering (FBP) Teams, Service Groups, Delegated budget holders, OFT and wider Finance Team); investigates enquiries and queries which may be of a complex or sensitive nature; deals with customers including patients, senior managers and other external organisations, to provide assistance and advice as required; ensures awareness and compliance with all departmental policies and procedures including FCPs and SFIs, and approved internal procedure notes.
The role is required to assist in the Agreement of Balances (AOB) process, including liaising with Health Board‑wide colleagues to ensure the accurate coding of transactions and assists in preparation of information to support the Health Board Year Accounts production, and supports responses to audit queries.
