Job summary

Fullers Family Law Limited in Milton Keynes and Bedford is seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing team, supporting the Head of Finance with day‑to‑day financial operations and accuracy. This full‑time, six‑month fixed‑term contract is hybrid, reporting to the Head of Finance, with potential for permanency if the business needs continue.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both operational finance activities and financial reporting.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to our WE CARE values.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of client payments and refunds.
• WIP, debt and revenue reporting.
• Cashflow monitoring and reconciliations.
• Billing and finance administration support.
• Supporting colleagues with finance queries.
• Contributing to process improvements and business performance reporting.
