Responsibilities

• Create and maintain finance processes and systems.
• Keep accurate records of financial transactions.
• Raise and issue sales invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers and creditors for cash flow management.
• Check and reconcile purchase invoices.
• Manage the petty cash system.
• Oversee the credit card processing.
• Ensure contracts and agreements are updated on the database.
• Support the Director of Finance with reports and audits.
• Run payroll reports for review.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
