  • Process customer and supplier invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and online payment platforms.
  • Assist with credit control, purchase orders, and grant claims.
  • Support membership income and gift aid processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to system improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support and manage workload to meet deadlines

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
