We’re on the lookout for a Finance Officer who will play a pivotal role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. From ensuring timely purchase ledger processing to assisting with management accounts and rent systems, your work will make a real difference – both behind the scenes and on the front line.

What you’ll do:
  • Post monthly transactions and prepare key control spreadsheets
  • Support BACS payment runs and raising ad-hoc invoices
  • Respond to finance-related queries with professionalism and great customer care
  • Reconcile bank accounts, sales ledgers, and control accounts
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working in a finance or accounting environment
  • A good understanding of purchase/sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency with financial software and Excel
