Supervisory

May plan and prioritise defined daily work activities related to a system or process. May support colleagues in the application of more comprehensive administration methods, processes and systems.

Individual

Prepares documents, presentations and other materials to a clear brief using established formats and standard software.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Good level of education: GCSE, A-level or Vocational equivalent. Relevant vocational qualification or technical training. May be working towards a professional qualification.

Clear understanding of the relevant work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the area.

In-depth experience of the administrative process, system or area providing clear and detailed understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role.

Experience of specialist software.

Ability to supervise and provide support to supervise less experienced members of the team and show awareness of individual differences. Help colleagues perform tasks and use systems and processes.

Ability to plan and organise work to produce a high level of output to quality standards, with a contribution to longer term planning for the service.

Ability to communicate and work with others to provide administrative.
