A prominent educational institution is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their Finance Team. This full-time position involves working primarily at Sheffield Park Academy with occasional travel to other academies in Barnsley and Sheffield. Responsibilities include processing purchase ledger entries, performing bank postings, and completing month-end accounts. Candidates should have a minimum foundation level accounting qualification and relevant experience, coupled with excellent organisational skills. Competitive salary and generous benefits provided.

Starting salary: £36,120 gross per annum
Contract: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent

We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join the Finance Team working over the Yorkshire Cluster of United Learning academies. The academies are secondary schools based in Barnsley and Sheffield: Barnsley Academy, Fir Vale Academy, Sheffield Park Academy and Sheffield Springs Academy. The successful candidate will be based at Sheffield Park Academy, with occasional travel to other cluster academies.
