Bangor University Student & Academic Services: Campus Services: Nursery Finance Officer (Ref: BU03920)

Grade 4: £24,334 - £26,338 pro rata Bangor University seeks to appoint a permanent, part-time (15 hours per week) Finance Officer to work in the highly regarded Tir Na Nog Childcare and Research Centre, located in Bangor.

Working alongside a small staff team, you will be responsible for oversight of the day to day operational finance for the nursery service which includes processing staff salary sacrifice payments and dealing with other funding sources.

Candidates should be educated to a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A

  • C (incl.

English and Maths) or NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence from January 2026. The ability to speak Welsh confidently to carry out certain tasks is essential for this post.
