Finance NQ – Leading US Law Firm – London – March / September 2027

A leading US law firm is looking for a March or September 2027 NQ to join its highly regarded Finance team in London.

The team advises borrowers, sponsors, lenders and other financial institutions on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, including:

• Leveraged and acquisition finance
• Direct lending and private credit
• Domestic and cross-border syndicated lending
• Distressed debt transactions
• Refinancings and restructurings

The successful candidate will work on high-value, complex domestic and cross-border matters, with exposure to an impressive client base and transactions at the top end of the market.

The candidate

The firm is looking for a March or September 2027 qualifier with credible Finance experience gained during their training contract.
