Job summary

Page Executive seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the US operation's accounting and finance activities, reporting to international finance leadership in Europe. The role partners with operations and commercial teams to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive budgeting and forecasting to support business performance.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in finance, strong U.S. GAAP expertise, and experience with manufacturing and cost accounting.

• Strong U.S. GAAP expertise.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is ideal but not essential.
• Advanced SAP proficiency is ideal.
• Experience with foreign currency and intercompany transactions.
• Italian language capabilities are ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities for the US operation.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP reporting.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and P&L reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Improve reporting quality, transparency, and timeliness.
• Support cost and inventory accounting and gross margin analyses.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders for financial insights.
• Assist with tariff, trade, and import-related financial impacts.
• Support SAP optimization and process improvements.
• Serve as liaison between US business and international finance leadership.
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and intercompany accounting.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise leadership.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee the day to day accounting and finance activities for the United States business, reporting directly to international finance leadership based in Europe. This individual will partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen internal controls, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide meaningful financial analysis to drive business performance.

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and financial control activities for the US operation.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Generate month end close, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and P&L reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
• Improve financial reporting quality, transparency, and timeliness across the business.
• Support cost accounting, inventory accounting, and gross margin analysis to enhance operational decision making.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial analysis and performance insights.
• Assist the business in managing tariff, trade, and import related financial impacts.
• Support SAP optimization efforts and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the US business and international finance leadership.
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and intercompany accounting activities.
• Mentor and support junior accounting and finance personnel where applicable.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
