A community-focused housing association in Greater Manchester seeks an experienced Finance Manager – Treasury and Investment. This role involves overseeing financial planning and operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency while supporting corporate priorities. We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Finance Director, you will oversee investment planning, treasury operations, and financial performance for property-related activities, ensuring compliance and supporting our corporate priorities. Leading a motivated team, you'll drive efficiency through robust budgeting, forecasting, and automation, while partnering across the business to maintain financial strength and excellent customer service.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
