Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, partnering with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, challenge and support across a complex and fast-paced business environment. Oversee the financial management of a significant portfolio, including forecasting, revenue recognition, cash flow, risk management and valuation of work in progress. The Strategic Finance Senior Manager sits within the FP&A function and provides forward-looking financial insight to support strategic decisions for a Line of Service or major business area. The role helps leadership understand the financial implications of strategic choices, including growth opportunities, investment decisions, performance improvement actions and cross-functional LoS initiatives. The role leads scenario analysis, option appraisal, investment case development and benefits tracking, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust financial analysis and aligned to LoS, firmwide and Finance priorities. It works closely across Finance teams and with business stakeholders to bring together the right financial, commercial and operational insight.
