A leading global insurance provider is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial systems and reporting for syndicates in Leeds. The role requires ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications and experience in insurance accounting. You will ensure compliance with Lloyd's regulations, deliver financial reports, and manage financial controls. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with flexible working options.
The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain financial systems, control audits, and provide accurate financial information to senior management and the board of directors in respect of Syndicate Reporting. The role ensures review of the financial results of the syndicates and regulatory Lloyd's requirements (e.g., QMA, QMB, RRQ and Syndicate Statutory accounts) and oversees financial controls assurance activities to support clean internal and external audits. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial systems and reporting processes that support our syndicates, including QMA, QMB, RRQ and statutory accounts. You will work closely with senior management and the board, providing trusted financial insights and assurance. Your expertise will also be key in managing financial controls assurance activities and contributing to successful internal and external audits.
