Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a key division. You will partner with senior management, drive financial reporting and budgeting, and guide strategic decisions across the division.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in financial management, a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), and advanced Excel skills to deliver accurate insights and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ ACA)
• 3+ years of proven experience in a financial management role
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience in SME/divisional finance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and statements to senior management and group stakeholders.
• Analyse financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights for improving efficiency and performance.
• Act as primary contact for internal auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide mentorship to the finance team and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain a robust internal controls environment to mitigate risk and ensure data integrity.
