Qualifications

• Strong management accounting experience.
• Experience preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in multi-site or group environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the local Finance & Administration team.
• Partner with senior operational and commercial colleagues to provide financial insight.
• Own monthly management accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present operational and financial information to senior management.
• Lead annual budgeting and provide forecasting and financial analysis.
• Support statutory year-end activities, audits and tax requirements.
• Maintain robust financial systems, processes and controls.
• Provide contingency payroll support for Aberdeen.
• Contribute to wider finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
