Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 2+ years post‑qualification experience, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK & US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Manage outsourced partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Deliver accurate month-end close, flash numbers, and management reports.
