LLOYDS BANKING GROUP is seeking a Finance Manager for the Retail Divisional Reporting team. The role leads executive insight, consolidates reporting for P&L and Balance Sheet, and supports the ViR process with senior finance leaders.
You will work across Retail finance, providing meaningful insight on performance to shape strategic decisions while gaining exposure to a broad range of Retail products. Hybrid working and strong leadership are key.

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
An exciting opportunity to join the Retail Divisional Reporting team and lead executive insight for the UK's largest Retail Banking business. This role sits at the heart of Retail Finance, leading consolidated reporting and supporting the Retail Valuation in Resolution (ViR) process.
You’ll work closely with senior finance leaders to provide meaningful insight on financial performance, helping shape strategic decisions and future outcomes. It's a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of Retail products while making a visible impact within a high‑profile team!
