Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking a Finance Manager for the egg Power renewable energy platform. The role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, private capital, and energy transition, reporting to the Finance Director.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and governance, while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and external partners to enable growth and value creation. The role offers high responsibility, learning opportunities, and exposure to strategic finance activities

Qualifications

• Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in capital allocation or FP&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles to senior leadership and investors.
• Support financing initiatives (equity sales, JV structuring, debt/equity) with legal/commercial partners.
• Assist M&A activities and post-transaction integration.
• Provide clear financial narratives to inform decision-making and drive accountability.
• Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools for equity funding and long-term value creation.
• Maintain external debt reporting across projects with Liberty Blume.
• Deliver variance, trend, and sensitivity analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
