At the heart of Retail Finance, the Consumer Relationships (CR) division plays a critical role in driving the performance and strategic direction of Lloyds Banking Group’s Personal Current Account (PCA), Savings and UK Private Banking businesses.
As a Finance Manager within the CR Performance & Planning team, you will play a key role in shaping financial insight, delivering robust financial forecasting and performance reporting, and helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions. You'll combine financial, commercial , and customer insight to understand the drivers of business performance and translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
You’ll be joining a high-profile team responsible for understanding and shaping the financial performance of one of Retail Banking's largest customer franchises. Working across PCA, Savings, and UK Private Banking you'll gain broad exposure to senior stakeholders, be involved in strategic decision-making and, and reporting key financial drivers across Consumer Relationships.
