Job summary

RedHat Co-op in Central London is seeking a part-time Finance Manager to oversee AP/AR, management accounts, cashflow forecasting and project costing. You will work with a fractional Finance Director, ensuring robust financial controls within a creative agency environment.

This role offers hybrid working and autonomy with flexible hours. Experience in agency or media finance and knowledge of Xero are valued.

Finance Manager - Overview

We are recruiting a part-time Finance Manager to join an independent Creative Agency based in Central London. You'll join a close-knit team and work with the fractional Finance Director, overseeing AP, AR, management accounts, cashflow and project costing.

This role offers excellent autonomy and flexibility, part-time 3dpw with hybrid working available

Finance Manager - The Role

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier payments, freelancer fees, expenses, credit cards, sales invoicing, receipts and credit control.
• Management Accounts: Produce monthly management accounts, reconciliations, month-end journals, shoot project accounting and VAT returns.
• Cashflow Forecasting: Maintain weekly rolling cashflow forecasts, identify pinch points and plan payment schedules.
• General Finance: Coordinate payroll/pensions, maintain the system and continuously improve financial controls.

Finance Manager - The Person

• Prior experience in a creative, agency or media business.
• Finance qualification not essential.
• Strong end-to-end ledger management, management accounts and cashflow forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and project accounting is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
