Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ownership of the accounts function including payroll and VAT where applicable.
• Experience managing a finance team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance function.
• Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger and cashbook.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and forecasting; liaise with external accountants.
