Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager for a Not-for-Profit organisation in Cardiff. You will oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance to support the accounting and finance department.

The role includes leading a small team through month-end and year-end processes, managing statutory reporting, and acting as a Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications required or equivalent.
• Proven staff management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team responsible for month end, year end and some transactional services.
• Oversee statutory reporting requirements.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders.
• Develop better processes and controls across the finance function.
• Manage ad hoc projects as they arise.
