Michael Page is recruiting a Finance Manager for a maternity cover in the Surrey area. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.

You will drive accurate month‑end and year‑end processes, manage cash flow, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, and support audits. The role requires ACCA/ACA/CIMA, strong reporting experience, advanced Excel and stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA credentials.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis within a group function.
• Strong Excel and advanced financial systems proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision making.
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and systems.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting and finance staff.
