A leading insurance firm is seeking a Finance Manager for their Management Reporting team in London. The role involves preparing performance metrics, managing a small team, and providing insights for stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years PQE as a qualified accountant and experience in management reporting within the insurance sector. This role offers a hybrid work pattern with onsite requirements three days a week.

Howden is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Management Reporting team. You will be responsible for assisting the preparation of Alternative Performance Measures in Group Finance including performance metrics including Adjusted EBITDA and Organic Growth.
This will include monthly management accounts, quarterly reporting to lenders and annual accounts, as well as other ad-hoc reporting requirements. This person will be part of the Group Management Reporting team and report to the Senior Manager in the team. This role will have two direct reports.
Please note this is role is structured as an 18-month FTC (maternity cover), based in our Central London office. Following a hybrid work pattern, you are expected to be onsite 3 days per week on average.
