Qualifications

• Proven experience in month-end close, management accounts, and reconciliation.
• Previous experience in a fast-moving, product-led, or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close process within tight deadlines.
• Supervise a small finance team and ensure accurate operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed variance commentary.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Manage VAT returns, stock, and inventory control processes.
