Job summary

Sauce Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager in Central London with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will own the finance function, lead month-end close, and partner with creative teams across live entertainment and media sectors.

Recent ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountants with 3–4 years of finance experience are encouraged to apply; strong Excel and systems skills are essential for driving budgets, forecasts and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or close to qualifying.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
• Experience leading month-end close and reporting.
• Experience mentoring junior finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and management reporting.
• Own project accounting, revenue recognition and media accruals.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Manage and develop two Finance Assistants.
• Partner with business teams across the agency.
• Monitor project and overall financial performance.
• Improve finance processes, systems and controls.
• Support the Finance Director on commercial projects.
