Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).
• Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role with team leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
• Ensure reporting aligns with UK accounting standards and deadlines.
• Lead and develop a multi-level finance team.
• Strengthen and maintain robust financial controls across the function.
• Develop, refine and document accounting policies and procedures.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting cycles.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems and reporting.
