St Michael's Hospice is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance function and ensure strong financial information, systems and controls to support its care mission.

Working with the Finance and Facilities Director, you will manage a small finance team, oversee month-end and management accounts, support budget holders and prepare for audit, driving improvements in reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and audit preparation.
• Capability to lead a small finance team and support budget holders.
• Proficient in using financial systems and electronic databases for analysis.
