Looking for a new role in a high‑performing team? Join the IP&I Commercial Finance & Business Partnering team supporting Direct to Consumer (D2C) Investments. As Finance Manager, you'll deliver robust forecasting, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis to support strategic decisions and operational delivery. You'll build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders in this key growth area, working with the business to achieve ambitious targets while developing knowledge of D2C platforms and products. Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end D2C planning cycle, including budgets, forecasts, and model development.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting and consolidate D2C performance with centres of excellence.
  • Provide insights on variances, trends, and performance drivers, including pricing and campaign proposals.
  • Partner with teams to explain cost allocations and variances, ensuring transparency.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing flexibility and cover for finance SMEs.
  • Build and review treasury performance updates and formal forecasts, ensuring compliance.
  • Optimise treasury returns across banking partners while managing risk and liquidity policies.
  • Monitor client money liquidity, diversification, and tenor, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • A professional finance qualification, with a strong track record of personal growth and achievement.
  • Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
  • Robust Excel and financial modelling skills, including familiarity with key planning tools (PAX) and a clear understanding of the LBG finance ecosystem.
  • Strong organisational skills, maintaining tightly controlled finance models & associated audit trails.
  • An ability to proactively interpret performance using a variety of sources and articulate this clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A curiosity to learn about the business, performance, and our processes to deliver insight, control and challenge, ideally linking that to FCA's CASS framework.
  • An ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of people and teams and work with those teams to support our purpose and goals.
  • Bringing innovation to problem solving. Exhibit high level of curiosity around technology, markets, and the business area and research issues to aid driving high quality design, insight, advice and guidance.
  • Knowledge of applications such as Power BI would be an advantage.
