Zusammenfassung

Isla Health seeks a Finance Manager to own our day-to-day finance function as we scale. You will drive core financial processes, reporting, and insights across the UK and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on automation and scalable controls.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, Top 10 firm training, and a proactive, commercially curious mindset to shape Isla's financial strategy as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• Recently qualified as an ACA or ACCA accountant, trained in a Top 10 firm.
• Strong grounding in UK GAAP and statutory financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for complex models and reporting.
• High attention to detail and proactive ownership mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own core finance processes across UK and Irish entities including bookkeeping, AP/AR, expenses and reconciliations.
• Own month-end close and monthly management accounts preparation and analysis.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage UK and Irish payroll processes and pensions reconciliations.
• Support year-end accounts, audit prep, VAT and corporation tax.
