Job summary

A leading energy infrastructure company in Glasgow is seeking a Finance Manager for a 14-month FTC. The successful candidate will lead month-end close, prepare financial reports, and manage a small finance team. Strong experience with IFRS and advanced Excel skills are required. Qualifications

• Strong experience with month-end reporting and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare management information, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, VAT and bank reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
• Mentor a small finance team and manage audits.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls.
