Finance Manager – Hybrid

RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established procurement company who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager (Hybrid).

Role

The Finance Manager will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and will have 4 direct reports within the team.

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce the management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis
• Reconcile and submit VAT returns
• Manage fixed asset register, report and monitor Capex.
• Assist Head of Finance with production of annual budget.
• Manage direct reports, including daily communication and mentoring for wider business success.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks across the wider finance department.

Requirements

• Qualified / Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) accountant
• Proven experience within a similar role
• Minimum 3 years experience within management roles
• Strong financial knowledge
• Previous experience with SAP
