  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis on a project and company‑wide level.
  • Support operational teams with financial insights, tracking job costing and project margins.
  • Maintain and improve robust financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Liaise with auditors, accountants, insurers, and banking partners.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience).
  • Have a strong background in finance within the construction industry – this is essential.
  • Understand CIS, UK VAT, and construction‑related compliance.
  • Are confident with QuickBooks and advanced Excel.
