A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Finance Manager for a high-growth FinTech business. This role offers the opportunity to build and own the finance function while working from anywhere with occasional visits to London. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, design accounting processes, and engage with senior stakeholders. Ideal applicants are qualified accountants with experience in a scale-up environment. The role offers a salary of £70k-£75k plus up to 100% bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a strong technical accounting and reporting background.
• Experience in a scale-up, FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environment preferred.
• Comfortable being hands-on while also thinking strategically.

Responsibilities

• Bring all accounting and financial reporting in-house.
• Own month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting.
• Design and implement accounting processes and financial controls.
• Lead on the automation of financial processes.
