Job description

We are working with an incredibly successful family office, helping them hire a Finance Manager. The firm is recognised for its exceptional performance and high-calibre team, and now offering a rare opportunity to have oversight across a variety of investment strategies (including Real Estate, Private Equity, and listed investments).

This is a broad, hands on role, covering everything from your typical day to day financial and tax reporting to managing funding, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives across multiple entities. The nature of the team and wide range of strategies means no day is the same and requires taking ownership of accounting and operations across the whole firm. The role requires a proactive and enthusiastic mindset to drive new initiatives, such as driving automation and AI solutions, whilst also communicating closely with external advisors on compliance and tax considerations.

We are seeking qualified candidates, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, with broad and hands on experience across a finance function. Exposure to a family office or investment management desirable. A strong academic background, along with excellent analytical skills, technical accuracy, and commercial awareness is important.

The firm is offering a highly competitive compensation package for the right candidate (highly dependent on the candidate, bonuses regularly 50%+) along with exceptional benefits (including gym, subsided canteen etc). This is a unique opportunity to join an impressive firm with a history of fantastic returns in a role that blends financial reporting, analysis, and wider business operations.
