Job Description

We\'re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Asset Management function, overseeing financial control, reporting, and performance across multiple SPVs. This role partners closely with operational and business unit teams to drive financial efficiency, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and deliver clear, actionable insights on asset performance.

Fixed Asset Controlling
  • Partner with operations to manage and optimize fixed assets (SPVs) effectively.
  • Ensure IFRS and regulatory compliance across all asset reporting and capitalization processes.
  • Monitor investments, maintenance, and lifecycle costs, providing performance insights to management.
  • Lead asset audits and physical verifications across SPV sites.
Financial Reporting & Control
  • Oversee accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for SPVs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with operational teams.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Deliver management reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance analyses.
Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Implement strong internal controls and continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline asset lifecycle and ERP finance integration.
  • Develop KPIs, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Promote transparency and efficiency in financial and operational reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Proven track record in finance or asset management from energy infrastructure, renewable energy, utilities, or capital intensive project-based industries.
  • Established expertise managing SPV financial control, fixed assets, and IFRS compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel/financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
