A leading investment management company is seeking a Finance Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
The role is within the Finance Team, supporting the different members of the various sub‑teams including Tax. This is a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract.
As Finance Manager, you will be working directly with a range of stakeholders in Finance, Tax and throughout the wider business, managing and resolving issues within a BAU capacity. In addition to this, and as a result of a recently announced acquisition, this role will support acquisition‑related integration activity through implementing and embedding efficient, controlled system‑related changes.
The role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities within operational finance and external reporting, including leading on complex areas of accounting responsibility such as external audit oversight, business analysis requirements and supporting with treasury. Alongside this, the role will have responsibility for driving efficiency and process improvement throughout the Finance function.
This role will suit a qualified accountant (1–3 years post‑qualified experience) who has ambitions to develop management and leadership responsibility. This would be a motivated individual who is flexible and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders, whilst seeking growth, professional development and a varied career in Finance.

The successful candidate will primarily work within the Financial Control team but with supporting capabilities to the wider Finance and Tax teams.
