Job description

Reed Finance are seeking a Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA candidate to support our returning client on an interim basis for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right fit. This is a fully office‑based role on their site close to Witney, therefore it is essential you drive.

You will be supporting both the Finance Director and Finance Manager and working across a variety of duties, partnering with several different areas of the business. You will need to be commercially minded with a strong background within Management Accounting and ideally within a manufacturing setting, alongside cost control and labour cost analysis.

Key duties include.
  • Support the accounts receivable and payable teams with queries and processing
  • Review and authorise costings produced by the central accounts team
  • Produce and support weekly and monthly accounts and assist with year‑end reporting
  • Support reporting into the main group and explain main variances to budget
  • Analyse movements in materials, labour, and stock; support cost control initiatives
  • Partner with production, supporting them to understand their financial figures
  • Manage capital expenditure reporting and post‑project evaluations
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting cycles across departments
  • Maintain and reconcile stock accounts and fixed assets
  • Assist with ad hoc projects to support senior finance
